As part of our SUPPORT and MANAGED SERVICES agreements HITCare provides clients with an online support portal.  The portal provides clients with the ability to log new support requests, track current issues and communicate with the HITCare team.   We find that by leveraging web based technology clients are able to quickly and effectively manage their support requests without ever picking up the phone.
